We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. 

We hope this will encourage you to take your time and be very careful in selecting your purchases and text or email us with questions about fit or styling, we carefully take the time to measure items and tell you about the fit in each description, please read them. We get new styles each day and will be diligent in helping you find something new if your item or items don't work out! Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an electronic gift card at the email address used for your purchase after your return is processed and the return policy is met.  Please NOTE: Items returned back to our warehouse without proper approval will NOT BE PROCESSED

3. Washed Items

Always check the washing-instructions tag on the inseam near the hem, inside the neck, or product description page. Please note: Hand-wash means hand wash, not the delicate cycle on the washing machine! There is a huge difference. 

4. Personal Items and Accessories

This includes bras, bralettes, undies, swimwear, slips, socks ect. Shoes, jewelry, stickies, and ect. You don't want to wear someone else's undies? We wouldn't either! If there is an issue with any of these items please contact us at info@lotusboutique.com so we can help!

These Terms Must Be Met For Returns For Store Credit:

  • Item or items must be unworn and unaltered with the original tag still attached.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 10 days from the date items were delivered to you.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and you are subject to additional shipping costs.
