Lotus Boutique Return Policy:

Please read the full details of our Return Policy before submitting your return in the "Submit A Return" box below.

Thanks for shopping with Lotus Boutique! We hope you LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case something doesn’t work out please follow the guidelines of our Return Policy. We gladly accept items for exchange or online store credit within 14 days of your package arrival. You may exchange any unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of the arrival date. No REFUNDS. 

Sale and discounted items are not available for exchange or online store credit.  Please e-mail us at info@lotusboutique.com (or call us at 251-287-7579) and follow the instructions for returning on the Returns page. Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping.You may contact us Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST for any questions about your purchase by calling 251-287-7579 or emailing info@lotusboutique.com. For fastest response times we recommend sending an email. 

Return/Exchange information:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days (unless 14th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you.
  • Any items marked sale, accessories, jewelry, or shoes will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 20%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 30%+ off)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. "Final Sale" items that are approved by the website manager for return are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
  • Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

To return/exchange your purchase:

1. Fill in the Order Lookup box at the bottom of this page. Insert your email and order # to see full details of the items in your purchase.

2. We will email you within 2 business days of receiving your return request.

  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item for all orders. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  • If your merchandise falls within the return criteria, fill out the Order Lookup box at the bottom of this page.
  • If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the standard USPS shipping charge of $4.95, $6.95, or 10.95 (based on weight) will be applied to your card or PayPal account.

Problems with your order?

  • If you believe you have received defective product you must contact our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • If you were sent incorrect products or sizes OR if you are missing items from your order, contact the Lotus Boutique Online Team within 2 days of receiving your order by calling 251-287-7579 or emailing info@lotusboutique.com.
