Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will also ship on the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a Holiday.

Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed. An order tracking number will also be included in a separate order completion email.

All orders are shipped in the continental US via USPS and can take anywhere from 3-9 days to arrive. If you choose the UPS at checkout, your package will arrive in 1-5 days (excluding orders placed Friday after 12pm through Sunday). If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and choose the USPS option, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

*We verify all credit cards before shipping. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the postal service used will require a signature so please be aware of this. Your tracking number will let you know what day you can expect your order.*

Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS or UPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with any charges for expedited shipping.

Merchandise purchased online may be exchanged in-store for an equal or greater value at any of our locations throughout Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. During this exchange in-store; no store credit will be issued.
